I wanna bring TIGER to … Photography Campaign


We love to hang around with our cameras, DSLR, MILC or smartphone cameras in order to keep the people and the moments. Yet, have you ever thought that thermal bottles can also experience the four seasons with you, like photography. Thermal bottles keep the temperature; thermal soup cups keep your favourite flavour; thermal lunch boxes keep you the warm hearts from your beloved. We are interested in knowing where and how we had been going through. Can you share with us by a picture? If your picture meets the assessment criteria and theme and meaningful, you may have a chance to win a TIGER ultra light thermal bottle!

We will choose (max.) two meaningful pictures* that can meet the assessment requirements and theme and share on our Facebook and Instagram. The Partcipant who owned the chosen picture will win an Ultra-light Flip-cap Stainless Steel Thermal Bottle MMX-A030 (300ml; valued at HK$328) or Ultra-light Stainless Steel Thermal Bottle MMP-G030 (300ml; valued at HK$258)^!

There is no limit on the number of participation entitled by you, but you may only win once. So tell us more about your moments! We are expecting your sharing!

Assessment Criteria
1. Photograph should fulfill the topic “I wanna bring TIGER to …”
2. Any TIGER products
3. B&W or colour photographs are accepted; Composite photographs are not allowed.
4. Submitted photographs should be in JPEG or PNG format.
5. The submission deadline of each Theme will be the Theme last day 23:59 (Hong Kong Time), according to the server date and time.
6. Submitted photographs should come with a topic.
7. If a photograph is repeated, only the first uploaded one will be accessed.
8. Photographs must be the original work of the participants. The work must not reproduce or infringe any intellectual property rights or any third party rights.

*Under normal circumstances, there will be max. 2 winners from each theme. TIGER will decide the number of final winners in light of actual conditions. ^The bottle colour depends on the actual conditions encountered. TIGER reserves the right of replacing the prize with an alternative product or colour of similar value if necessary.

Terms and Conditions

1. Upon submitting an application form to Tiger Corporation Hong Kong Limited (“TIGER”) for “I wanna bring TIGER to …” Photography Campaign (“this Campaign”), the Participants are deemed to have read, accepted and agreed to abide by the relevant rules of this Campaign, including these terms and conditions, official rules, application procedures, assessment critieria and any other rules and terms which TIGER shall announce from time to time including during this Campaign.
2. There is no limit on the number of photographs entitled by each Participant (valid Instagram account owner). But each Participant (valid Instagram account owner) is only eligible for one prize at maximum in this Campaign.
3. The submission deadline of each Theme will be the last day 23:59 (Hong Kong Time), according to the server date and time.
4. Photographs cannot be altered once submitted. If a photograph is repeated, only the first uploaded one, according to the server date and time, will be accessed.
5. Photographs must be the original work of the Participants. The work must not reproduce or infringe any intellectual property rights or any third party rights
6. Prior consent must be sought from people appearing in portraits or other photographs.
7. By submitting the form and photograph in this Campaign, applicants has given an irrevocable perpetual non-exclusive license to TIGER and/or its affiliated companies to use, edit, modify, reproduce, publish and/or disseminate the submitted photographs for any purposes, including but not limited to advertising, publicity and promotional purposes or any other purposes as TIGER considers appropriate, whether in Hong Kong or other places, by any means, in any manner and on any platform that TIGER thinks fit, without prior notice or consent nor indemnity to the Participants.
8. Participants warrant and guarantee that they had not, have not and/or will not give the above license to any third party. In consideration for the prizes obtained in this Campaign, Participants further agree to, and procure their members to, assign the ownership of all intellectual property rights of the photographs to TIGER.
9. Participants declare and warrant that they are the sole owner of all copyrights of the photographs and to the best of their knowledge that no complaint or claim shall be arisen from any third party in respect of such photographs.
10. Participants declare the submitted form and photography does not:
- infringe or violate, or involving elements that infringe or violate applicable law and regulations, including but not limited to crimes, violence, obscenity, indecency, libel, defamation, privacy invasion, or threatening;
- infringe or violate any intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, patent, trademarks, trade names, trade secrets or other proprietary rights, held by any third party, regardless whether such rights are known to the Participants;
- contain any confidential information of any third party;
- contain an individual or group of persons, who does not give consent to take such pictures;
- contain personal data, as defined in the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) or the EU General Data Protection Regulation;
- contain viruses, corrupted files, or other materials that may cause damage to another's computer; or
advertise or otherwise solicits funds or sales of goods or services.
11. If a photograph submitted by the Participants infringes or violates any third party’s rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, and/or any legislation, law or regulation, TIGER shall not be responsible for any consequences, legal or otherwise, thereto.
12. When TIGER suffers from any claim, in contract or in tort, or investigations conducted by any competent authorities, by reason of any right allegedly subsist in the photographs or infringement of the same, Participant agrees to hold TIGER harmless and to indemnify TIGER in full for any direct or indirect loss and damage, economic loss, loss of reputation and/or any consequential loss and damage or otherwise, together with any expenses, costs and further loss and damage suffered and incurred by TIGER as a result of such claims and investigations.
13. The Participants warrant that they shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).
14. The Participants participate in this Campaign in their own capacity and shall not be regarded as servants and/or agents and/or representatives of TIGER by virtue of their participation of this Campaign. The Participants shall be fully responsible for any risks and be liable for any acts, omission, conduct and/or negligence at all times (including but not limited to a breach of any of these Regulations), personal accidents and shall hold TIGER harmless for any claims and liability arising thereof.
15. Participants shall pay attention to own personal safety.
16. Participants agree and authorize TIGER using Participants’ names when tagging/labelling other relevant publishing, display, promotion and/or other applicable channels without prior notice or consent nor indemnity to the Participants.
17. The photographs will be assessed by TIGER internally according to the assessment criteria.
18. To ensure fairness, employees of TIGER and their immediate family members and employees of any agency, production house or supplier in relation to this Campaign will not be eligible to Participate in this Campaign.
19. After confirming and finalizing the winners, TIGER will contact the winners within 3 working days for collecting personal information and prize arrangement (specific time for claiming the prize at TIGER office). Winners may be requested for showing related documents when claiming the prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified for any reason, TIGER reserves the right to determine an alternate winner or not to award that winner’s prize.
20. Awards in this Campaign cannot be requested for changing to other prizes, transfer or cash.
21. Announcements on TIGER website and social media shall prevail. In case of force majeure, TIGER will replace the prizes with other items of the same value. Winners agree that TIGER shall not be liable to any direct or indirect loss, damage or personal injury when getting and using the prize.
22. TIGER shall have the sole and absolute right to cancel, adjourn or change any details including the date and other details of this Campaign without prior notice to any parties.
23. TIGER reserves the right to amend, delete, supplement and interpret the regulations of this Campaign from time to time, and to adjudicate any dispute arising from this Campaign. A decision of this Campaign shall be final and binding on all Participants. The Participants agree to, and to procure their members to, abide by the decision of TIGER.
24. Participating in this Campaign agree and accept the rules and regulations of this Campaign. Failure in observing the rules and regulations will be treated as voluntarily forfeiture.
25. A person who is not a party to these rules and regulations shall have no right at law to enforce these rules and regulations.
26. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be held to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, the remaining Terms and Conditions shall continue in full force and effect.
27. These rules and regulations and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or its subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The Participants agree to submit to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

In case of any inconsistency between the English version and Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
