Malaysian Butter Prawns

Ingredients:
Prawns 300g
Butter 40g
Salt ½ tsp
Brown Sugar 1tsp
Chicken Powder ½ tsp
Evaporated Milk
Chilli 2pcs

Steps:
1. Cut chilli into small pieces
2. Devein the prawns with the shell on; remove the rostrum, feelers and legs
3. Turn on the Electric Skillet (CQD-B10S) to 200℃, add oil to the deep pan
4. Pan fry the prawns until crispy and fragrant; take out from the pan
5. Melt the butter in the pan. Stir fry the chilli, add evaporated milk, salt, sugar and chicken powder
6. When the sauce becomes thick, add the fried prawns. Stir fry until the prawns are coated in sauce
