Seafood Spaghetti with Mushroom White Wine Sauce

**Ingredients

[Ingredients for Spaghetti – A]
Spaghetti 180g (for 2 persons)
Assorted seafood 150g
Cherry tomatoes 80g
Garlic 1pc

[Seasonings for Spaghetti – A]
Salt 1tsp
Pepper 1tsp

[Ingredients for Mushroom White Wine Sauce – A]
Mushroom 150g
Green pepper 150g
Red pepper 150g
Yellow pepper 150g
Red onion 150g
Garlic 4pcs
Chilli 1pc
Fresh parsley 4-5pcs

[Ingredients for Mushroom White Wine Sauce – B]
Olive oil 5tbsp
Salt 1tsp
White wine 2tbsp

**Steps
1. Cook the spaghetti following pack instructions and drain
2. Cut the garlic (from [Ingredients for Spaghetti – A] & [Ingredients for Mushroom White Wine Sauce – A]) into fine pieces
3. Add olive oil and [Ingredients for Mushroom White Wine Sauce – A] into the deep pan of Multi-function Electric Skillet (CQD-B10S). Stir Fry for 8 to 10 mins until fragrant.
4. Cook the garlic and assorted seafood in a clean deep pan
5. Add white wine and cherry tomatoes
6. Cover the lid and then cook for 10 mins
7. Stir the spaghetti and seasonings into the sauce

**Tips
1. Keep stirring when managing step 3 to avoid get burned
