**Ingredients
Water Chestnuts 10pcs
Water Chestnuts Flour 5tbsp
Custard Powder 1tbsp
Rock Sugar 50g
Water 250g
Soy Sauce a little
**Steps
1. Wash and chop the water chestnut. Mix water chestnut flour, custard powder and 100ml of water
2. Use the “Slow Cook” function, pour 150ml water into the inner pot. Add the chopped chestnuts and rock sugar after the water is boiled, and then stir until the rock sugar melts
3. Add water chestnut flour, stir clockwise until it become batter
4. Grease the tacook cooking plate, add (3)
5. Close the rice cooker lid and then press “Slow Cook”, steam for 35mins
