How to make
Slice the white fish, mix the slices with the condiments and pickle in the refrigerator for a while.
Dice the century eggs and shred the ginger.
Wash the rice in the inner pot. Add water up to level 1 of “稀飯 ∙ 稠 / Porridge · hard ” in the inner pot (level 0.5 for the 5.5-cup Cooker) and put 1 and 2 into it. Select the “稀飯 / Porridge” menu, set the heating time to 70 minutes, and press the [炊飯 / Start] key.
When cooking is complete, season with salt and pepper.
