Warranty Conditions | - Holding valid purchase receipt, which shows clearly the purchase date, shop and product model number. Please make a photocopy of the receipt or take a picture when necessary. - The product must be bought and used in Hong Kong - Charges will be applied for fixing problems or damages resulting from imitations, incorrect use, negligence, unauthorized repairs or modifications. Normal wear and tear such as colour fading cannot be repaired. |
*Warranty is valid for one (1) year upon purchase date (e.g. If you purchase the product on Dec 15th 2021, the warranty is valid until Dec 14th 2022.)

Please make a call to our Maintenance Centre at +852 2418 0912 to confirm the availability of the spare parts. Once confirmed, please bring (i) the product to be inspected or repaired and (ii) effective receipt to the Maintenance Centre.
